التسجيل في المؤتمر
عزيزي الزائر يرجى قراءة التعليمات التالية بعناية قبل البدا في عملية التسجيل:
- سيعقد المؤتمر يوم 14 - 16 / 11 / 1438 هـ (6- 8 أغسطس 2017 م) لمدة ثلاثة أيام.
- تم اعتماد المؤتمر من قبل الهيئة السعودية للتخصصات الصحية بثلاثين ساعة (30 ساعة).
- يمكنك طباعة شهادة المشاركة من خلال البوابة بعد انتهاء المؤتمر.
- حضور المؤتمر شرط أساسي لحصولك على الشهادة.
- رسوم التسجيل للمؤتمر:
- أطباء وممارسين صحيين =350 ريال
- غير ممارس صحي أو طلاب = 200 ريال
- يجب ملء استمارة التسجيل بعناية وبدقة باستخدام الخانات المخصصة.
- إذا تم دفع الرسوم من خلال التحويل المصرفي بعد التسجيل، يجب عليك زيارة الرابط " استعلام حالة طلب" في أسفل الصفحة وإضافة تفاصيل الدفع المطلوبة مع نسخة من وثيقة التحويل أو إيصال الدفع.
- يجب دفع الرسوم خلال 48 ساعة لتجنب الإلغاء التلقائي للتسجيل.
- طرق سداد رسوم التسجيل (طرق السداد):

Dear applicant Please read the following instructions carefully before you start the registration process:
- The conference will be held on 14-16 / 11/1438H (6-8 August 2017G) for three days
- The conference is accredited by the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties by thirty hours (30 CME).
- You can print the participation certificate through the portal after the conference closure.
- Attending the three conference's days is a prerequisite to obtain the certificate if need it
- Conference Registration Fees:
- Doctors and Health Practitioners = 350 SR
- Non- health practitioner or students = 200 SR.
- You should fill the registration form carefully and accurately using the assigned boxes
- If the fees are paid by bank transfer after registration, you should visit the "Request Status Query" link at the bottom of the page and add the required payment details with a copy of the transfer document or payment receipt.
- Fees must be paid within 48 hours to avoid automatic cancelling of your registration.
